On February 24 (or Lunar January 9 of the Earth Dog), in the midst of the buoyant Flower Horn – Northwestern Spring Radiance Festival 2018, the Opening of Fansipan Heavenly Gate Spring Festival was officially opened with a peace praying ritual to Buddha, due to last up until May 15 (the end of Lunar March) in the amusement complex of Sun World Fansipan Legend.

Thhousands of monks from Dai Giac Truc Lam Zen Monastery, Chon Ngo Truc Lam Zen Monastery and Buddhist folowers and visitors gathered in Bao An Zen Monastery at the foot of Hoang Lien mountains in order to lecture scriptures and pray for peace, opening the meaningful and sacred Opening of Heavenly Gate Spring Festival in the colossal cultural and cultural and religious complex of Fansipan.
