The temperature on Fansipan Peak is about 7-100C lower than that in Sapa. When the temperature in Sapa is below 60C, there will be ice on Fansipan Peak and when the temperature in Sapa is below 20C, there is a chance of snow on Fansipan Peak.

Bring warm clothes, hiking shoes with a good grip, a raincoat and flashlight in case of foggy weather.

Due to the altitude difference and pressure when traveling to Fansipan Peak, pregnant woman, small children and people with cardiovascular disease, hypertension, respiratory failure, and poor health should seriously consider their health conditions before deciding to use the suspended cable.
To ensure safety, tourists should move gently.
